Project Overview

RedRoverIT is a small business that specializes in IT management for fellow small businesses. Its owner and technical director, Ben Whatley, is a whiz at helping clients solve their business problems with technology. But when it came to his own business’ communication problems, he didn't have the solution.

After learning about the StoryBrand framework and what it could do for his business’ marketing, he found Murphy Marketing and reached out to get the help he needed with his brand’s message. 

The issue?

Ben said that he didn’t want to sound like “just another IT person.”

Our Approach

During the Message Intake Session, Murphy Marketing got to know Ben, his business, and what he wanted to accomplish on his website and beyond. We guided him through the StoryBrand Framework interview to capture everything we needed to create unique, effective copy for his brand.

Next, we got to work creating his Messaging and quickly putting that into practice in his website content wireframe.

In just a day’s time, Ben was equipped with a Brand Message Guide to inform all of his business’ communications going forward.
