We spend the first session of the day deep-diving into your company's values, vision and personality. This is the starting block so we know ultimately what you want to say.

Next, we deep dive who you most want to serve. We go beyond demographic "CRM" information and understand their psychographics, alternative options and more. We also consider your referral partners and develop persona information for them as well.

Live Review of Brand Storyline

While you take a walk or check your email, Katie will draft the Brand Storyline. During the third session, we'll do a live review session to hear the summary of the day's findings and will make refinements in a collaborative session.

Every VIP Day is custom-planned based on your goals and growth stage. That said, we know it helps to see the general timeline so you can plan accordingly. 

Here’s how our days often take shape:

9-12pm 

Sessions 1 & 2 -- Collaborative session with Katie & your team to uncover: Who are you? Who is in the audience? 

12-1pm 

Lunch break 

1-2:30pm

Business Strategy - discussing offers & positioning 

2:30-3:30pm

Katie will write the draft of the Brand Storyline while you go for a walk, grab a coffee and/or check your email
