Jordan Sok, founder and CEO of an Ohio-based marketing agency, found herself and her team short on time and talent for a client who had no shortage of messaging needs. That’s when Jordan called in the cavalry: Murphy Marketing.
The issue?
The OneTeam team was at capacity and needed to bring in an outside group to help them with a massive copywriting project for their client.
OneTeam’s client, PIERCE Property Solutions, had no problem delivering comprehensive building envelope maintenance, waterproofing and restoration services to its clients in the Boston area.
But where they excelled in helping others manage their building’s exterior, they fell short on translating those services into everyday language property owners could understand. They had so much to offer, but weren’t sure how to articulate it well on their website. Plus, their website’s facade didn’t reflect the same quality services they provided to clients and their buildings.

Our Approach
Thankfully for both the marketers and their client, we had the capacity to help them both.
The Murphy team instantly jumped into collaboration mode with OneTeam to download all the information they had carefully gathered on the client and their marketing roadblocks. Next, we employed the signature StoryBrand framework to craft foundational messaging that would enable PIERCE to cut through the technical-talk and get straight to the heart of what they had to say.
And finally, we took that crystal-clear message and applied it to their website so that it flowed effortlessly across every page. And throughout the whole project, both marketing teams maintained open lines of communication, facilitating a synergetic and expedited feedback process that delivered Pierce faster results.
