Most marketing delays don’t happen because teams are lazy, disorganized, or indecisive.
They happen because alignment never actually gets created.
Instead, it’s spread across intake forms, Slack threads, half-finished brand docs, and feedback cycles that stretch for weeks or months. Everyone is working hard, but not always in the same direction.
That’s the gap our VIP Days are designed to close.
A VIP Day is an in-person, highly focused working session where I travel to you and sit down with your leadership team to do the important work first:
clarifying your brand message, positioning, and ideal customer — focused together, in the same room, doing it live.
No hand-offs.
No long email chains.
No wondering what someone meant in that Google comment.
By the end of the day, we’re aligned on what matters most:
who you’re for
what problem you solve
how you talk about it
and the right tactics to get your message in front of the right audience
That alignment is what allows everything that follows — websites, emails, sales collateral, LinkedIn posts — to move faster and land better.
Most agencies start with production tasks and try to find alignment as they go.
Our VIP Day flips that order.
Instead of stretching strategy across weeks of revisions, we compress it into a single, intentional working session. We ask the right questions at the right time throughout the day, follow threads in real time, and resolve ambiguity on the spot.
Then, once we return to our respective offices, our team produces your content from a shared foundation — not interpretations or assumptions.
So in a VIP experience, you’re getting speed and you’re building for future consistency.
Everything we create after your VIP Day reflects the same message, priorities, and decision-making logic — whether it’s built next week or next year.
A VIP Day is an in-person strategy working session — not a presentation, pitch, or a discovery call disguised as a paid workshop.
I travel to you and work alongside your leadership, sales, and marketing team to clarify your brand message and positioning in real time. And don’t worry, there’s not a framework reveal at the end designed to upsell you into the next thing.
We’re making decisions together about how you talk about your business, who you’re trying to attract, and what deserves your marketing / sales energy right now. When questions come up, we find answers. When language doesn’t land, we refine it on the spot.
By the end of the day, you don’t just have notes or ideas.
You have a clear, usable Brand Storyline — a shared narrative your team can immediately work from.
Think of it like a stocked fridge:
Your sales team knows how to explain what you do without reinventing the wheel.
Your marketing team knows what themes, language, and angles to pull from.
Your leadership team has a common reference point for decision-making.
Instead of starting from scratch every time someone needs to write an email, build a page, or explain your value, you’re working from the same source — over and over again.
VIP Days are priced as a strategic engagement, not an hourly workshop or packaged training.
Most VIP Days fall between $5,000 – $7,000, depending on the scope of the session and what deliverables you need afterward. (For many teams, this replaces months of piecemeal strategy, rewrites, and revision cycles.)
That investment covers:
An in-person, full-day strategy session with your core team
Real-time message and positioning decisions
A clear, documented Brand Storyline your sales and marketing teams can immediately use
A shared foundation that supports future content — whether we create it or your team does
For context, many clients compare this to:
several months of agency retainers
multiple rounds of website or sales copy rewrites
or ongoing internal misalignment that quietly slows everything down
If you’re considering a VIP Day, the next step is a short call to confirm fit and scope — not to “sell you,” but to make sure this is the right format for what you actually need. Grab a spot here
Our schedule most often looks like this:
9AM – 12PM: Message Intake Meeting (discussing your business & your ideal customer)
12 – 1PM: Lunch break
1-2:30PM: Business Strategy (discussing offers & positioning)
2:30-3:30PM: Katie will write the draft of the Brand Storyline while you go for a walk or check your email
You know your focus. The VIP Intensive sessions run the smoothest when you have a clear product or service you are focusing on.
You (and your team) are decisive. If you are a person who likes to sleep on things and gather lots of input from others, you’ll be better served by our traditional project structure.
You don’t need multi-tiered approval. Due to the focused nature of the VIP day session, if not everyone who needs to approve the messaging is present for our meeting, our traditional timelines will allow for more adequate time to send the document throughout your team’s ranks.
Given my background in journalism and my love of a deadline, the VIP Day is my absolute favorite way to work with clients. If this is something you think your team might benefit from, I’d love to hear about your team and your project! Together, we can decide if this is a good next step for your business.
